adequate facilities
excellent design well-kept gardens rubbish coffee poor buffet
the hotel had a excellent design and well-kept gardens. the breakfast offered lots of options. the rooms were big and the bed was comfortable.
i found the staff service at reception to be poor. there were no tea or coffee options in the room, and water wasnt replaced. tap water is also horrible.

Wonderful Stay with Amazing Amenities!!!
helpful staff lovely grounds really good service
I found the hotel grounds lovely. Brian at reception was very helpful. A staff member on the animation team excelled during aqua aerobics and the kids disco on January 17. Her energy was infectious. Mubeen, a waiter, provided really good service both by the pool and during the evening shows. He really were really nice!!!
The lighting in some public areas was a bit dim for my preference.

The pools are very good. There are lots of pools and sunbeds . I especially appreciated the heated pool in the kids area. The gym is well-equipped and maintained. That's a big plus.

The staff was very lovely. They were also very attentive. Reception staff was accommodating when I requested extras in the room. The cleaning staff were excellent and pleasant. They ensured my room remained super clean daily.

paradise found!
fine garden attentive staff evening entertainment
this resort is fine! the pool area and gardens resemble a beautiful botanical garden. it reminded me of paradise. the staff was friendly and very attentive. we enjoyed the evening entertainment at the hotel most nights.
Our room faced a dirt track. It wasn't the view i expected. the room had scratches and marks on the walls. also, the toilet smelled quite bad. these issues were disappointing.

the hotel boasts multiple pools, including a dedicated turtle area, very nice. there are many tables and loungers available by the pool, and the staff maintains cleanliness throughout the day. the paths and flower beds are meticulously cared for.

Detailed Baobab Experience
lovely entrance continuous theme helpful staff
The entrance at night is lovely. The African theme is continuous throughout. The hotel is huge and getting lost brought surprises. It is meticulously clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. I found the hotel to be genuinely really good.
The hotel has clear signs about sunbeds. These signs state that reserving sunbeds is not allowed before 10:00 AM. Despite this rule, almost all sunbeds are reserved with towels as early as 7:00 AM every morning. This made it difficult to find available seating.

The room had a double-size bath. There were two shower types. I also found a large sink. Bathrobes were provided alongside a safe and fridge. A balcony and big beds added to the room's comfort.

The hotel is in a gorgeous area. I noticed quite high-end entertainment and food options nearby. I also found nice walks in the area. The large sand dunes and seaside are a ten-minute walk from the hotel.

The food at the hotel is wonderful. There is a buffet style. Two chefs are cooking in front of you. Fresh meats and fishes are available. There are hundreds of food choices at every meal.

There are many pools and bars. I also saw many levels and a great general shop. The hotel provides huge areas of sofas inside and out. I noted plenty of sunbeds and music. The gym seemed nice too.

The staff were quick to take drinks orders. They served drinks immediately after. They were quick to clear away used plates. Champagne came round on trays every morning. Staff were happy to partner with guests.

attentive staff good selection evening entertainment
The staff was very attentive! I appreciated the good selection of food for all meals in the buffets. The a la carte restaurant was also nice. I liked that they do not offer all-inclusive options. It supports local businesses. The evening entertainment was very good. I stayed at the hotel most evenings to watch the shows.
The hotel is so vast, it takes a while to discover everything.

amazing family escape!
diverse option fantastic pool unique vibes
the breakfast buffet blew my mind! so many options made mornings a treat. pools looked fantastic, with different zones suiting everyone. the hotel vibes are super unique, i never saw anything like it!
